We do not monitor, inspect, log, or store the videos, audio files, or playlists that you download on your computer.

A. Transaction & Licensing Information

When you purchase a NovaFetch Pro license, we collect only the necessary details required to deliver and validate your software license:

Customer Name & Email Address: Used to generate your unique license key, send your purchase receipt, and enable license recovery.
Payment Information: All payment transactions are securely handled by certified, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. NovaFetch never sees, stores, or processes your credit card numbers, debit cards, CVVs, or banking credentials.

B. Device Activation Data

To enforce our single-device licensing policy (1 active machine per Pro license), our licensing API receives an anonymized, one-way cryptographic hash of your device identifier (Machine ID) along with an optional user-friendly machine name (e.g., "Windows PC"). This data contains no personal files, hardware serial numbers, or identifiable user documents.

C. Client-Side Downloads & Media Data (Zero Knowledge)

All video parsing, stream downloading, audio merging, and file conversions occur entirely within your local Windows environment. NovaFetch servers do not proxy your media streams or store records of your media URLs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect exclusively to:

Issue, verify, and manage your software license keys.
Deliver order confirmations, license recovery links, and customer support responses.
Prevent software piracy and unauthorized multi-device license cloning.
Comply with applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Our website utilizes minimal, essential browser storage (`localStorage` and essential session cookies) to remember your chosen currency preference (e.g. INR, USD, TRY, EUR) and maintain your secure navigation session. We do not sell tracking cookies or provide ad-targeting networks with your data.

We only share data with trusted third-party providers essential for operating our service:
